DHL standard (£5) or
DHL express service (£10)

For rest of world:
DHL express (£10) only

How it works:

  • Visit our Global-E international Returns Portal click here
  • Enter your Interntional order number (beginning "GE") and the email address you used with your order.
  • Select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
  • For Europe choose either DHL standard (£5) or DHL express service (£10). For rest of world only DHL express (£10) is available
  • To return your parcel choose either drop off to a DHL service point, or arrange a collection with DHL. Find your nearest service point herehttps://locator.dhl.com

Please repack the item as securely as possible including the invoice/returns form inside, if you need a new one please contact our customer support.
We advise not to combine multiple parcels in one return package as this can affect the return process - each return will need to be logged on the portal as individual orders.
