What if I've returned something from another brand by mistake?

Please email hello@sugarhillbrighton.com with the item/s brand name, description and a clear photo of what the item/s looks like.

Our warehouse team will always try to identify and locate items sent back to us in error, but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. If we are able to find the item/s, and you would like us to return them to you, the associated delivery cost will need to be paid for by you.
