UK Returns Information

All Sugarhill Brighton UK returns are free and a pre-paid Royal Mail label can be emailed to you via our online returns portal found here.

If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging.
Returns must reach us within 28 days of delivery.

Due to our limited run collections, where items often sell out quickly, we do not offer product exchanges. If you require a different size please return your unsuitable item for a refund and make a new order for your required size.
This will ensure that you don't miss out on the item and that we get your new size to you as quickly as possible. You can also select the option for store credit. This will be emailed to you as a gift voucher.

Re-fold the item you are returning, complete the returns form and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
Go to the online returns portal here to get your QR code or a printable label.
Take your parcel to the post office.
The QR code will need to be scanned by the Post Office in order to obtain a proof of postage receipt, this is a free service.

If you choose to use an untracked service your order cannot be tracked. If your parcel was to get lost without tracking, we cannot be held responsible for your lost parcel, therefore, we would be unable to process your claim for a refund.

Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm if we have received individual returns prior to opening your parcel, however, you should be able to check the whereabouts of your parcel using the Royal Mail tracking system. Please be assured that if you can see your parcel is with us we will process your return as soon as possible.

Returns may take up to 10 working days to be processed.
