Gifting

• Do you sell giftcards?

  Yes! You can find them here Our E-Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

• Do you offer gift exchanges?

  We are unable to exchange gifted products for alternative items. The purchaser of the gift will need to return the it to us for a refund or store credit. Store credit will be emailed to the purchaser as a gift voucher (once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse).

• I'm ordering a surprise gift, is your packaging branded?

  Our parcels are sent in branded recycled brown paper packaging and not very discreet! If possible we suggest having the parcel delivered to a different friend or family member to keep the surprise, a surprise.

• Can I get a Gift Receipt?

  We're unable to issue gift receipts at this time. You can see our Gift Cards here.

• Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

  Unfortunately we're unable to offer this service. So you'll need to get some wrapping paper!
